Krivi - Surreal Skies (Adam Nickey Remix)

Krivi

Krivi Although all of his beginning steps were connected to the town of Herceg Novi-Montenegro, this young producer proves, in spite of the bad conditions and almost no perspective in his home country, that success is possible. The roots of his great passion for music go deep into the childhood when pop/rock music of 80's fascinated him; Smiths, Dire Strait, Cindy Lauper, Police and The Cars are just few names. Lately, early electronic music he had heard on the local radio stations attracted him and soon he began exploring electronic music. The first musical influence on him has been made by the legends of electronic music, such as Jean Michelle Jarre and Kraftwerk. By the and of 90's he was obsessed with dance music and global rave movement. He's been producing actively since 2003, specially orienting himself on hard energetic and emotive trance music. Debut track "Dreams" was the first release of the label ‘Total Digital’, and it has gained a huge support by top DJs in the world, including Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Lange and many more. After "Dreams", there was a plenty of tracks signed for other international labels. "Bellavista" was played by Pedro del Mar on his Mellomania radio show on Sunshine Live, and "Adriatic" ended up on "Estudio del mar" chillout compilation among Blank&Jones, Dj Shah and others. Collaboration with UK trance producer Frase resulted in track "Time after Time" which "Benya remix" was played by Above&Beyond. He has done several remixes, and a notable one is for the beautiful track "Icone vs Static Blue - The fall", released on Alter Ego Recordings. "Emotional Tricks" was released on vinyl for Black Tiger rec. (Canada) as BTR008.Track gained good international support, even Robert Gitelman, trance star from Israel played it couple of times. Back in the days, female DJ/Producer Suzy Solar described Krivi's debut single 'Dreams' as “Innovative and uplifting, this track has captured my imagination and my heart.” www.krivi.mixthemix.dj User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License and may also be available under the GNU FDL.
